If you are not satisfied with your Java Burn purchase, you may return all unused products within 60 days of the delivery date to be eligible for a refund. The following conditions apply to the refund process:
Eligibility Criteria
- All unopened Java Burn products (packets and pouches) must be returned.
- Up to 2 empty or partially used pouches from your order will be accepted under the “taken as labeled” guarantee.
- All other pouches must be returned unopened, undamaged, and with seals intact within 60 days from the date of delivery.
Return Process
- You do not need an RMA number to return the order.
- Include your full name, email address, and mailing address with the merchandise being returned to ensure the return is matched to the correct account.
- Alternatively, you can print off your email invoice and include it in the package.
Shipping Instructions
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
- Do not use “REFUSED/RETURN TO SENDER” shipments, as they are not guaranteed to be returned by the carrier (USPS/DHL/FedEx) and may affect refund eligibility.
Refund Issuance
- A refund will be issued to the original form of payment within 3 to 5 business days of receipt of the returned merchandise.
